  I have found this post office to be very helpful and good and dealing with their regular customers. Regarding Ontrak deliveries, most post offices do not accept deliveries from Fedex UPS or Ontrack unless it's part of a shipper-chosen SurePost shipment so if anyone was able to get an Ontrack package at all then this post office did them a favor. Generally the few post offices that do take 3rd party direct shipments will not have them available until the next day, so no surprise there. If your shipper uses Ontrack to send to a General Delivery address (as Amazon does), then they just don't understand what General Delivery is. Most of these problems come from the shipper end, not the post office. Keep up the good work at this location!

  Had an Amazon package delivered to General Delivery at the Morro Bay Post Office. Received notification from Amazon of receipt at the P.O. @ 3:44 pm. Drove over with 4:15 arrival. Advised P.O. Personnel it shpd via Ontrak and I had notification of receipt. Clerk advised it would not be available until the following day. No apology or anything. Just a 'too bad' attitude. If I come through here again, will ship to UPS store. They seem happy to deal with out-of-towners. Will gladly pay their $5 charge for a pick-up. They advised Amazon's notification that it was delivered meant it was available for immediate pick-up.
